Daemen University Athletics

After beginning his collegiate career at Niagara County Community College, Steve Chandler was an integral member of the Daemen men’s basketball team from 2002-04. In that time, he appeared in 67 games, including 63 as a starter, while leading Daemen to the AMC Championship and to the NAIA National Tournament Elite Eight in 2004. He averaged 10.3 points, 7.4 rebounds and 4.5 assists per game while shooting 57% from the field. He was enshrined in the Daemen Athletics Hall of Fame in 2014.
