BROCKPORT, N.Y. - The Daemen College men's track and field team finished tied for fourth place out of 15 teams at the Brockport Multi Invitational held today on the campus of SUNY Brockport.

Daemen recorded 43 team points. Host SUNY Brockport (153.5) placed first, while Rochester Institute of Technology (104), St. John Fisher College (62), Daemen and ASUNY Fredonia (42) rounded out the top five. Today's meet featured a mixture of NCAA Division I, II and III schools from throughout the state of New York.

First place showings by sophomore Jon Moote (Wilson, N.Y.) in the mile and junior John Bruggman (Batavia, N.Y.) in the 500 meters highlighted the event for Daemen.
