Graduating Student-Athlete Profile: Natalie Angeletti

NA: Bachelor of Science in Childhood and Special Education with a minor in Literature.

NA: My favorite memory would have to be making it to the Elite 8 again this year. We worked so hard to get there, and we proved that we could do it. We had an amazing season and showed so much growth. I could not be more proud of my teammates and coaches. 

NA: When I first came to Daemen, I knew it had a very welcoming atmosphere. But now, I know that it is truly a great place to be. Everyone is so kind and helpful. Everyone wants what's best for you. It really is an amazing environment and provides a great opportunity for athletes to thrive, both athletically and academically. 

NA: The people! Daemen is filled with so many wonderful people who have made a huge impact on my life. From teammates that turned into sisters, to the coaches, professors and fellow students here at Daemen, I will greatly miss everyone who has been a part of my journey here. 

NA: My greatest accomplishment during my time at Daemen would have to be earning four championship rings. Making it into the NCAA tournament four times and being able to compete at an incredibly high level was what I dreamed of as a young basketball player, and it is something that I am so blessed to have been a part of. 

NA: My family members all had a major influence and impact on me during my college years. They were my biggest supporters and were there for me through the blood, sweat and tears. I can't imagine my journey without them and I'm beyond grateful for their influence. 

NA: I plan to pursue a Master's Degree in Library Science and eventually into the field of teaching or library. 

NA: Soak in every minute! It goes by fast, so cherish every moment. Playing basketball in college is such an amazing experience. Don't take anything for granted. Work hard every day and it will pay off.
