AMHERST, N.Y. - Daemen College Director of Athletics Bridget Niland announced today that Daemen Athletics has officially launched a new team store - shopdaemenwildcats.com.  The newly developed website provides Wildcat fans with a multitude of Daemen Athletics merchandise, covering everything from apparel and luggage to pet supplies and jewelry, as Daemen Athletics aims to expand its e-commerce footprint.

Daemen Athletics is partnering with Advanced Online Products in the launch of the store.  Advanced Online Products is a subsidiary of Follett Corporation which operates the Daemen College Bookstore on campus.  All ordering is done through shopdaemenwildcats.com and products will ship directly to the consumer from Advanced Online's headquarters in Coppell, Texas.

Daemen Athletics receives a percentage of all products sold through the website, as well as the corresponding royalty fees for the use of Daemen logos through its trademarks and licensing program.

"We are excited to be parterning with Advanced Online, and we are very happy to provide the opportunity to purchase these high quality products to our fans, alumni and supporters across the country," Niland said.  "When we began investigating the possibility of doing this, it was evident from the get-go that this is a win-win for everyone involved.  Our growing fan base gets access to countless products, and we receive a percentage of sales which only helps our ongoing fundraising efforts, which are becoming more and more important to collegiate athletic departments these days."
