Volleyball Hosts Blackout & Dig Pink Games This Weekend

AMHERST, N.Y. – The Daemen College women's volleyball team is set to host their Blackout and Dig Pink matches this weekend, Friday, October 13 and Saturday, October 14 in conjunction with their home tests against Molloy College and Queens College.  Both conference contests are set for 2 p.m. starts.
 
In Friday's afternoon battle against Molloy, the Wildcats will don all black uniforms and fans are encouraged to do the same with their outfits. Additionally, free pizza will be given out to the first 75 Daemen students in attendance.
 
On Saturday, all proceeds raised during the game will be donated to the Sideout Foundation in support of breast cancer awareness and research. Additional monetary donations will be accepted. 
 
All fans attending Saturday's match are encouraged to wear pink clothing and accessories. All attendees will have the opportunity to participate in a serving contest between the second and third sets for a chance to win a Dig Pink t-shirt.
