Graduating Student-Athlete Profile: Arthur Djengue Bille

ADB: Bachelor of Science in International Business.

ADB: Being able to create strong bonds with my teammates no matter where they are from.

ADB: I thought Daemen was a nice small school and I am glad that it turned into a university for more visibility.

ADB: I’ll miss competing with my teammates and our working towards our goals for lifting the soccer program up.

ADB: I am grateful for having the opportunity to be the best student-athlete I could possibly be. Earning the MVP award with a GPA above 3.3 is a huge accomplishment for me after struggling my freshman year.

ADB: I would like to thank all the teammates that I had during my time in the United States because they helped me believe in this journey of playing high level soccer while having a quality education. I’d like to pay homage in particular to one of my teammates from Luther College who passed away. Brunno Colon was an incredible player on and off the pitch and inspired me a lot when I was thinking about giving up.

ADB: First, I plan on going back to France to celebrate my graduation with my family and then I’ll go back to college for my master's degree while playing varsity soccer with my little brother which is a blessing.

ADB: To all the freshmen - put in the work from the beginning of your journey to get significant results afterwards. It counts for both school work and soccer. Remember that discipline is key of life.
