Alahna Paige of Rochester, N.Y. and Natalie Angeletti of Panama, N.Y. have each confirmed earlier verbal commitments, and plan to enroll in classes and join the program for the Fall 2020 semester. Their signings were preliminarily announced on the team's social media accounts last month. "We are very excited about our 2020 recruiting class," said Banker, now in the midst of her fourth season leading the Wildcats. "Alahna and Natalie are both high IQ basketball players. Alahna is an exciting guard who can score at all three levels. Natalie is a solid forward who makes all of the right plays. Both are great people and we look forward to having them in our program." Paige is a 5-foot-4 point guard who has starred for Irondequoit High School and coach Scott Smith over the last several years. She has already racked up over 1,000 points in her scholastic career, and has been a three-time All-Monroe County First Team and All-Greater Rochester selection. She was named the Player of the Year within Monroe County Division II as a sophomore, and followed up by leading the Eagles to a league championship last winter when she earned All-State Class A Sixth Team honors.
