
Fitness classes are offered at no cost to all Daemen students!
Please register ahead of time using the linked Google Form or the Daemen Connect App. Walk-ins are welcome, but classes will be capped at a maximum of 16,
so it is best to reserve your spot ahead of time!
SPRING 2026 SCHEDULE
EVERY THURSDAY in the BIELER CENTER (former AWC)

STRENGTHEN & TONE
Thursdays at 5:30pm, Room 117
BOOT CAMP: This class consists of unique, new movements that alternate between high and low intensity. Movements are cardio and resistance based. Beginners will enjoy taking this class at their own pace, while advanced exercisers will find a unique, new challenge.

PILATES
Thursdays at 6:15pm, Room 117
PILATES: A low-impact form of exercise that combines deep breathing with gentle stretching to boost overall strength and balance. A class suitable for both beginners and those more experienced in Pilates.

YOGA
Thursdays at 7:00pm, Room 117
YOGA: This class is a stretch-based class incorporating traditional yoga poses focusing on whole body strength and conditioning movements. All major muscle groups are targeted, including the core.

NOTE: A limited number of exercise mats are available for use, but participants are encouraged to bring their own, if possible.
