This will be the 54th meeting between the Wildcats and the Redhawks, with Daemen currently riding a 14-game winning streak in the rivalry. This is the first ECC road game of the season for Daemen, as the Wildcats' conference-leading 3-0 record came from three home game wins over the weekend. Two of Daemen's three losses this season have come on the road, the last coming at the hands of Fairmont State on Sept. 16 when the Cats traveled down to West Virginia before opening up ECC play.

CONFERENCE STREAKING
The Wildcats enter Wednesday's matchup with a 9-3 record, and 3-0 in ECC play after a weekend of conference sweeps. The Wildcats extended their regular-season conference winning streak to 16 matches with the win, and move to 45-1 in sets during ECC regular season play since the beginning of the 2021 season. Roberts Wesleyan accounts for the one set loss during that time frame, a 25-19 third-set loss on Sept. 30 in the first meeting between the Wildcats and Redhawks in the 2021 season.
