Daemen Intramurals is an opportunity for you to play with, and against, fellow Daemen students in a fun and welcoming environment! Events for the fall of 2025 start up Sept. 10! All students are welcome to register for any of the leagues!

Intramurals begins out on the sand volleyball court every Wednesday night beginning at 7:00. Games run about 30-45 minutes with teams of four players playing a best-of-three match. Rosters can have up to seven for substitutions, but teams must have at least three on the court to compete. Registration is required on the IMLeagues App.

The following Tuesday begins outdoor 3v3 Basketball League! Half court games are scheduled in both a competitive league and recreational league, so regardless of your skill-level, you will have fun playing these games. Registration is required for a team of 3-5 players via the IMLeagues App.

Once you have an account in the IMLeagues App, visit the Daemen "Network" (icon at the bottom) and choose whatever league you want to play. The "Info" button at the top will give more details, or just select, "Create a Team" at the bottom!  Once you create a team (with a cool team name) you can invite your friends to join your team through the app.

If you don't have a team, register as a "free agent". Any teams short on players can pick you up on their roster, so you can always get in the action.

Intramurals does not require you to be "great," by the way. All skill levels are welcome and that's what makes the leagues fun! Some teams are good and some teams aren't, but it's always fun. Compete at an appropriate level and positive sportsmanship is always expected.
