AMHERST, N.Y. — The Daemen University women's tennis team dropped a 7-0 decision to crosstown rival D'Youville on Friday afternoon. 

The Wildcats put up a hard-fought battle in doubles, but fell in all three matches. D'Youville also won all six singles contests, including a close finish at the No. 1 slot. The loss puts Daemen at 1-2 this season, including a 0-2 ECC mark
