The Wildcats are coming off another historic campaign in 2024-25, capturing their fourth consecutive East Coast Conference championship and qualifying for the NCAA Tournament for the fifth time in six years. Daemen will play 11 home games after posting a 12-1 record at Lumsden Gymnasium in 2024-25. The Wildcats will also play 11 road contests and three neutral-site games. The season opens with a trip to Delaware for a tournament at Wilmington University. The Wildcats take on Wilmington (Nov. 14), then play a neutral-site game against Goldey-Beacom (Nov. 15). Daemen hosts Gannon (Nov. 19) in its home opener and first of five straight contests at Lumsden Gymnasium. Chestnut Hill (Nov. 23) and Holy Family (Nov. 30) will also make a trip to Amherst. East Coast Conference play begins with home bouts against Queens (Dec. 5) and Molloy (Dec. 7). The Wildcats visit Mercy (Dec. 12) and St. Thomas Aquinas (Dec. 14). Daemen then heads west to compete in the Las Vegas Holiday Hoops Classic. The Wildcats take on Texas A&M-Kingsville (Dec. 20) and Montana State Billings (Dec. 21) at Southpoint Arena. The 2026 calendar year opens with back-to-back non-conference contests at Bentley (Jan. 1) and Franklin Pierce (Jan. 3). ECC play resumes Jan. 9 at home against District of Columbia, followed by Staten Island (Jan. 11). The following weekend, the Wildcats visit Queens (Jan. 16) and Molloy (Jan. 18). Daemen hosts home contests against D'Youville (Jan. 23) and Roberts Wesleyan (Jan. 31), before traveling to District of Columbia (Feb. 6) and Staten Island (Feb. 8). Mercy (Feb. 13) and St. Thomas Aquinas (Feb. 15) visit Lumsden Gymnasium for the final home ECC games. Daemen then concludes the regular season at D'Youville (Feb. 22) and at Roberts Wesleyan (Feb. 25). The ECC Tournament begins with the first round on March 4. The semifinals are scheduled for March 7, and the final is set for March 8. The regular-season conference champion will host the semifinals and final. Daemen returns two All-ECC selections from last year in senior forward Claire Pikett (Holland, N.Y.), who was a first-team selection, and Ne'vaeh Buntley (Rochester, N.Y.), who earned third-team accolades. The Wildcats finished ranked No. 25 in the final D2CSC national poll. Daemen also ranked second in the NCAA regional rankings.
