AMHERST, N.Y. — Daemen bowler Brenna Forsha (Tonawanda, N.Y.) was named East Coast Conference Bowler of the Week, announced by the conference on Thursday.

Forsha led the Wildcats with a 194.8 average on the first day (traditional rounds) of the Niagara Brunswick Fall Open. She helped Daemen earn victories over Penn State Behrend, Mercyhurst, and Pitt-Bradford.

On Day 2, the senior helped Daemen claim a Baker win over D'Youville and a Baker Best-of-Seven victory over Roberts Wesleyan.

This is the first time this season that Forsha has earned a weekly honor, and she is the second Wildcat to garner one.

Daemen returns to action Nov. 7-8, competing at the Duquesne Invite in Pittsburgh, Pa.
