2019-20 (SOPHOMORE)
Placed second overall in the women's 400-meter event with time of 1:16:40 and eighth overall in the women's mile event with time of 5:53.51 at Highlander Invitational on Jan. 24, 2020... placed sixth overall in women's 5000-meter event with time of 19:45.38 at the ECC Championships on Feb. 22, 2020... outdoor track and field season cancelled due to COVID-19 pandemic. 

2018-19 (FRESHMAN)
Placed third overall in the women's 3000-meter event with time of 11:09.59 at RIT Tiger Invitational on Jan. 12, 2019... member of Daemen Distance Medley team that placed second overall with time of 14:40.36 at Brockport Late Night Invitational on Feb. 7, 2019... placed fifth overall in women's 5000-meter event with time of 20:51.32 at ECC Indoor Track and Field Championship on Feb. 16, 2019... placed fourth overall in women's 1500-meter event with time of 5:48.16 at Allegany County Classic on April 2, 2019... placed seventh overall in women's 5000-meter event with time of 20:29.80 at ECC Outdoor Championships on April, 20, 2019.

BEFORE DAEMEN
Earned four varsity letters for track and field and two for cross country while competing for the Alden Bulldogs and coach Ed Carll ... led the Bulldogs to four consecutive ECIC Division IV championships in track and field ... team MVP and Outstanding Runner Award recipient ... also lettered in soccer and rifle ... scholar athlete and honor roll student.

Born Sarah Anne Golas on April 28, 2000 in Buffalo, N.Y. ... daughter of Darren & Kerry Golas ... has three brothers - Luke, Owen and Noah Golas ... hobbies include spending time outdoors, fishing, walking the dog, painting and drawing, running and competing in races ... chose to attend Daemen because it has a good art education program and the campus is nice, small and close to home ... majoring in Art Education.
