BEFORE DAEMEN
Attended school at University of Ontario Institute of Technology but did not compete during the 2017-18 academic year. 

Competed in cross country, track and field, soccer and swimming through her four years for the A.N. Meyer Marauders ... set school records in the 400 meter hurdles and 4x400 meter relay as a senior ... 400 meter hurdles record had stood for 10 years; the 4x400 meter relay record had stood for 20 years ... also qualified for OFSAA with the 4x400 meter relay performance.

Born Kassandra J. Nolet on February 5, 1999 in Hamilton, Ontario ... daughter of Benoit & Cindy Nolet ... has one sister, Chloe Nolet ... hobbies include running, playing soccer, going to the gym, focusing on her middle training, interval, plyos and speed week, and competing in road races ... chose to attend Daemen because of the access it provides to things deemed necessary for optimal success ... majoring in Psychology with a minor in French.
