2023-24 (JUNIOR)
Competed in six of Daemen's seven meets... opened the season at the Frank Dillon Memorial Invitational where he placed 32nd out of 79 runners with a time of 22:51.5... placed 12th of 19 with a time of 30:05.5 at the Daemen Alumni Invitational... finished 77th of 175 with a time of 28:26.5 at the Harry F. Anderson Invitational... set an 8K PR time of 27:56.3 with a 59th place finish out of 151 at the Highlander Invitational... placed 81st out of 142 with a time of 28:19.0 at the Canisius Alumni Classic... finished 26th of 62 with a time of 28:30.6 at the East Coast Conference Championships. 

2022-23 (SOPHOMORE)
Competed in all seven of the team's meets ... placed in the top-25 in four meets ... set a personal record at the Frank Dillon Memorial Invitational with a 6K time of 22:29.5 to finish 21st out of 81 runners ... posted a 20th-place finish out of 65 runners with a time of 30:14.3 at the Daemen Alumni Invitational ... finished 17th with a time of 29:24.4 at the Equality Invitational... set a new 8K PR time of 28:16.4 at the Highlander Invitational where he placed 49th out of 123 ... posted a time of 29:09.9 to place 112th out of 176 runners at the Canisius Alumni Classic ... finished 24th out of 57 runners at the East Coast Conference Championships.

2021-22 (FRESHMAN)
Competed in five of the team's seven meets ... made his Daemen debut at the Daemen Duels and placed 16th out of 31 runners with a time of 31:23.3 ... turned in his best 8K time of the year (28:21.0) and placed 30th out of 66 runners at the East Coast Conference Championship ... competed in the 10K NCAA Division II East Regional and placed 119th out of 143 runners with a time of 36:57.9.

BEFORE DAEMEN
Competed in track & field and soccer for the Saranac High Chiefs … ran track for coach Chris Verkey ... member of the National Honor Society.
