2024-25 (GRADUATE STUDENT)
USTFCCCA All-Region… First Team All-ECC… USTFCCCA All-Academic… Raced in all eight of the team’s meets in 2024… Finished as one of Daemen's top seven runners in all 8 meets… At the Doug Watts Open, she crossed the finished first for the Wildcats, earning herself 8th out of 54 runners with a time of 19.15.50… In three consecutive meets, she was the second Wildcat to cross the finish line for her team. At the Daemen Alumni Invitational, she finished 5th overall with a time of 19.30.8… At the Harry F. Anderson Invitational, she finished 41st of 255 runners with a time of 19.28.2… At the Paul Short Run, she finished 146th of 303 with a time of 23.36.8… Crossed the 54th of 94 runners, earning herself fifth on the team at the Canisius Alumni Classic… At the ECC Championships, she earned herself a PR of 18.50.7 finishing 7th of 61 runners and crossing the finish line second for the Wildcats… At the Division II East Region Championship, she earned herself another PR in the 6K with a time of 22.15.7 finishing 9th of 135 runners and crossing the finish line second for the Wildcats… Wrapped up her graduate season on a high at the NCAA Division II National Championships where she crossed the finish line first for the Wildcats earning herself 199th of 259 runners with a time of 23.24.7

2023-24 (SENIOR)
Raced in all seven of the team's meets while posting three top-10 finishes... set a personal-best 5K time and earned First Team All-ECC honors by virtue of her seventh-place finish at the ECC Championship on Oct. 21... earned USTFCCCA All-East Region honors for the second straight season after placing 19th at the NCAA Division II East Region Championship on Nov. 4, posting a personal-best 6K time of 22:40.9. 

2022-23 (JUNIOR)
All-Region honors by the U.S. Track And Field and Cross Country Coaches Association ... competed in all eight of the team's meets ... placed in the top five Daemen runners in seven of the eight meets on the year ... helped Daemen to a program-record four straight first-place team finishes in the first four meets of the season and a trip to the NCAA Division II National Championships for the first time in program history ... set a personal-best 4K time of 15:59.5 when she placed third overall at the season opening Frank Dillon Memorial Invitational ... finished seventh out of 60 and fifth on the team with a time of 19:49.6 at the Daemen Alumni Invitational ... ran her first career 8K at the Equality Invitational and placed 7th overall with a time of 33:33.0 ... posted a 6K time of 23:51.3 to finish 9th out of 95 runners and fifth on the team at the Highlander Invitational ... crossed the finish line 49th out of 156 at the Canisius Alumni Classic with a time of 19:54.1 ... placed 16th overall with a time of 20:15.0 at the ECC Championships ... posted a personal-record 6K time of 23:22.4 as she placed 25th out of 144 runners and helped Daemen to a third-place finish at the NCAA Division II East Regional Championships for their highest regional finish in program history ... finished third on the team and 212th overall at the Division II National Championships with a 6K time of 23:32.9 to help Daemen place 33rd out of 34 teams. 

2021-22 (SOPHOMORE)
Competed in six of the team's seven meets... made her Daemen debut in the Daemen Duels 5K on Sept. 11 and finished 10th overall with a time of 21:58.7... ran a season-best 5K time of 19:45.1 and finished 16th overall in the ECC Championships on Oct. 11... part of team's overall second place finish at ECC Championships... later ran season-best 6K time of 24:21.6 and finished 74th out of 139 runners at the NCAA East Region Championships on Nov. 6.

2020-21 (FRESHMAN)
Season canceled due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

BEFORE DAEMEN
Competed in cross country, track and field and swimming for the Geneva Panthers ... two-time All-Wayne Finger Lakes League honoree for cross country, including a first team selection as a senior ... named MVP of both the cross country and track and field teams ... also a Most Improved Player recipient in both cross country and track and field ... scholar athlete and high honor roll student ... member of the National Honor Society.
