2023-24 (SENIOR)
Second Team All-ECC... competed in all seven meets on the year... finished in Daemen's top five in all seven races and placed in the top-three Wildcat runners in six of the seven meets... set a personal-best 6K time of 20:24.8 when he led the Wildcats and placed third out of 79 runners at the Frank Dillon Memorial Invitational... was the second Daemen runner to cross the finish line as he placed second overall with a time of 27:40.0 at the Daemen Alumni Invitational... finished with a PR 8K time of 26:23.4 as he placed third on the team and 17th out of 175 runners at the Harry F. Anderson Invitational, shaving 20 seconds off his previous PR time (26:42.3) set at the 2022 Highlander Invitational... earned his second straight 8K PR with a time of 25:45.6 when he placed sixth out of 151 runners and third on the team at the Highlander Invitational, crushing 38 seconds off his PR from a week prior... placed 64th of 142 and fifth on the team with a time of 27:41.2 at the Canisius Alumni Classic where the Wildcats practiced speedwork and running as a team in their final regular season meet... finished third on the team and 8th out of 62 at the ECC Championships to earn Second Team All-ECC honors with a time of 26:16.9 as he helped Daemen to a second-place team finish... set a 10K PR of 32:31.9 as he placed 28th out of 136 and third on the team at the NCAA division II East Region Championships and helped the Wildcats to a program-best fourth place team finish... named ECC Runner of the Week in Week 1 of the season for the first time in his collegiate career.

2022-23 (JUNIOR)
Second Team All-ECC ... competed in all seven of Daemen's meets ... finished in the top-10 in four races ... finished second among Daemen runners in five of the seven meets ... earned a personal-best 6K time of 21:46.4 with his 10th place finish out of 81 runners in the Frank Dillon Memorial Invitational ... was the second Wildcat to cross the finish line at the Daemen Alumni Invitational with a sixth place time of 28:14.9 out of 64 runners ... finished sixth for the second straight meet (28:04.5) out of 30 runners at the Equality Invitational ... shaved 30 seconds off his previous PR and set a personal-best 8K time at the Highlander Invitational when he placed 11th out of 123 runners at 26:42.3, marking him 10th all time in the Daemen 8K record books ... finished second on the team and 52nd out of 176 runners with a time of 27:03.7 at the Canisius Alumni Classic ... picked up his second straight Second Team All-ECC honors as he finished 9th overall with a time of 27:32.4 at the ECC Championships ... set a PR 10K time of 34:19.2 when he finished 57th out of 146 runners at the NCAA Division II East Regionals, and moved to 6th all-time in the Daemen 10K record books with that time.

2021-22 (SOPHOMORE)
Second team All-ECC selection...competed in all seven of the team's meets ... finished second among Daemen runners in five of the seven races ... improved his 8K time in each race he ran ... made his collegiate debut at the 6K Frank Dillion Memorial Invitational and placed 17th out of 65 runners overall and second among Daemen runners with a time of 21:53.4 ... placed second among Daemen runners and sixth out of 31 runners overall at the Daemen Duels with a time of 29:48.4 ... was once again second among Daemen runners and placed 64th out of 199 runners with a time of 28:33.1 at the Harry F. Anderson Invitational hosted by Roberts Wesleyan College ... posted a time of 28.30.5 and placed 99th out of 218 runners at the prestigious Paul Short Run hosted by Lehigh University ... posted a Top-50 finish and placed second among Daemen runners with a time of 28:12.1 at the Canisius Alumni Classic ... posted a career-best 8K time (27:13.2) and finished 14th overall and first among Daenmen runners at the East Coast Conference Championships ... his 14th place finish earned him second-team All-ECC honors ... competed in the 10K NCAA Division II East Regional and placed second among Daemen runners and 71st out of 143 runners with a time of 35:05.8.

2020-21 (FRESHMAN)
Season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Competed in cross country and track & field for the Frontier Falcons and coach Benjamin Tubbs.
