2025 (REDSHIRT FRESHMAN)
Appeared in 26 matches and made 25 starts... played a major offensive role for the Wildcats and finished third on the team in kills (209)... averaged 2.46 kills per set (10th in the NEC) while hitting .199 on the year... finished third on the team with 43 total blocks (0.51 blocks/set)... totaled 23 service aces (fourth on the team)... posted 83 digs (0.98 digs/set), good for fifth on the team... recorded double-digit kills in 10 matches... finished with a career-high 16 kills on 32 attacks for a .406 hitting percentage against D'Youville on April 18... made his Daemen debut against #7 USC where he totaled five kills on Jan. 9... NEC Rookie of the Week 3x... helped Daemen win the program's second consecutive NEC Tournament Title along with a 15-13 overall record and 4-4 record in NEC regular season play... earned the conference's first ever automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament where the Wildcats hosted No. 20 Penn State University at Lumsden Gymnasium for the opening round of the NC Tournament.

A three-year varsity player for the Howell Rebels... also ran varsity track for two years... holds the school record for kills in a season and kills in a game... set the school record for the fastest 4x200 meter relay... earned First Team All-State honors, First-Team All Conference and team MVP honors as a senior... named to Second Team All-Conference and Third Team All-State as a junior... helped the Rebels to division champions in 2022 and 2023... a member of the National Honors Society... Howell High School Athlete of the Year... played club volleyball for Warren Sixpack where he finished 17th, 33rd and 37th in the nation.Â

Born Patrick John Mullen on June 6, 2005 in Red Bank, N.J. ... son of Ryan and Judy Mullen... has two sisters, Keira and Sarah Mullen... dad, Ryan, ran Track and Field at Rutgers University, and sister, Sara, runs track at Delaware Valley University... hobbies include surfing, fishing, volleyball and basketball... becoming an All-American is on his bucket list... chose to attend Daemen because "I want to get a good education and play high level volleyball." ... majoring in Accounting with a minor in Business.
