2024-25 (GRADUATE STUDENT)
USTFCCCA All-Region... First Team All-ECC... USTFCCCA All-Academic... Raced in all eight of the team’s meets in 2024… Finished as one of Daemen’s top seven runners in all eight meets…At the Doug Watts Open, she crossed the finish line second for the team and 9th of 54 runners with a time of 19.16.20… She crossed the finish line first for the Wildcat in six consecutive meets… At the Daemen Alumni Invitational she finished second overall with a time of 19.10.6… At the Harry F. Anderson Invitational she finished 21st of 255 runners with a time a PR time of 18.52.0.. At the Paul Short Run, she finished 60th of 303 runners with a 6K PR time of 22.47.9… At the Canisius Alumni Invitational, she finished 30th of 94 runners with a time of 19.26.1… At the ECC Championship she finished 6th overall with a PR time of 18.48.3… At the Division II East Region Championships, she finished 8th of 135 runners with a 6K PR of 22.14.5… Wrapped up her graduate season crossing the finish line second for the Wildcats at the NCAA Division II National Championship finishing 211th overall with a time of 23.37.3

2022-23 (SENIOR)

Second team All-ECC ... All-Region honors by the U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association ... posted five top-10 finishes ... competed in all eight of the team's meets this season ... was one of Daemen's top-three runners in in four meets and in the top five runners in each of the eight meets ... helped Daemen to a program-record four straight first-place finishes and a program-first trip to the NCAA Division II National Championships ... posted a seventh-place finish out of 66 runners at the Frank Dillon Memorial Invitational with a time of 16:14.5 over the 4K race ... was the third Daemen runner to cross the finish line with a third-place time of 19:28.8 at the Daemen Alumni Invitational ... competed in her first 8K of her career at the Equality Invitational and finished fourth overall with a time of 32:50.2 ... posted a 6K time of 23:32.7 at the Highlander Invitational to place sixth out of 95 runners ... placed 41st with a time of 19:39.2 at the Canisius Alumni Classic ... earned second team All-ECC with her ninth place finish at the ECC Championships with a time of 19:45.4 ... helped Daemen take third place at the NCAA Division II East Regionals as she posted a personal-best 6K time of 22:51.1 to finish 14th out of 144 runners ... ran at the NCAA Division II National Championships where she finished 230th with a time of 24:00.3. 

2021-22 (JUNIOR)

Second team All-ECC...spent her freshman and sophomore seasons as a member of Daemen's women's triathlon team...competed in six of the team's seven races... made cross country debut and finished third overall with time of 19:50.0 in Daemen Duels...knocked 29 seconds off her 5K time and placed 27 at the Harry F. Anderson Invitational with a time of 19:31.5...finished eighth overall with time of 19:53.0 at the Canisius Alumni Classic... finished ninth overall with personal best 5K time of 19:06.6 at the ECC Championships...helped team place second overall at ECC Championships...competed in the NCAA Division II East Regional and placed 45th with a 6K time of 23:42.1.

Competed in track and field, cross country and swimming for the Speedway Sparkplugs ... served as team captain for all three teams ... four-time most Valuable Runner in cross country ... three-time Best Attitude winner in swimming ... two-time Most Valuable Athlete in track and field ... Hanna Scholastic Award recipient ... CCHS Sportsmanship Award recipient ... set school records in cross country and swimming (200 meter freestyle) ... Hammer Award winner ... Born Courtney Grace Merrill on February 10, 2001 in Indianapolis, Ind. ... daughter of David & Christina Merrill ... has three siblings - Kelsey, John & Zach Merrill ... hobbies include baking cakes, gardening, shopping and caring for animals ... chose to attend Daemen because "I was excited for the adventure Daemen presented me through the out-of-state location, outstanding physical therapy program and the Division II triathlon opportunity" ... majoring in Physical Therapy.
