2024-25 (GRADUATE STUDENT)
Raced in all eight of the team’s meets in 2024… Finished as one of Daemen’s top seven runners in seven meets…At the Doug Watts Open, she crossed the finish line seventh for the team and 26th of 54 runners with a time of 21.01.9… At the Daemen Alumni Invitational, she finished six on the team and 18th of 50 runners with a time of 20.39.6… At the Harry F. Anderson Invitation, she finished 94th overall and seventh on the team with a time of 20.31.8…At the Paul Short Run, she finished 209th of 303 runners and a season high finish of fourth on the team with a 6K PR time of 24.26.5… At the Canisus Alumni Invitational she finished 62nd of 94 runners with a time of 21.08.1..In two consecutive meets, she crossed the finish line fifth for the Wildcats… At the ECC Championships, she finished 16th overall with a PR time of 19.50.2… At the Division II East Region Championships, she earned herself 44th of 135 runners with a 6K PR time of 23.51.4… Wrapped up her graduate season crossing the finish line six for the Wildcats at the NCAA Division II National Championship finishing 249th overall with a time of 25.10.5

Competed in six of the team's eight races ... posted three top-20 finishes on the season ... earned a personal best time in four different distances this season ... posted a personal-best 4K time of 17:52.1 with her 26th-place finish at the season-opening Frank Dillon Memorial Invitational ... placed 20th out of 60 runners with a time of 21:26.4 at the Daemen Alumni Invitational ... ran her first career 8K at the Equality Invitational with a time of 34:47.2 to finish 14th overall ... posted a personal-best 6K time of 25:01.8 when she placed 31st at the Highlander Invitational ... earned a PR 5K time of 20:19.0 at the Canisius Alumni Classic where she placed 69th out of 157 runners ... posted a personal-best finish at the ECC Championships where she placed 19th overall and seventh on the team with a time of 20:35.3. 

2021-22 (SOPHOMORE)
Competed in five of the team's seven races... made Daemen debut, placed 22nd overall with season-best time of 17:52.9, helped team win the Frank Dillon Memorial Tournament on Sept. 4... was the team's first meet in 665 days... later placed 13th overall with time of 22:30.2 in Daemen Duels 5K on Sept. 11... placed 30th overall with time of 21:22.8, helped team place second overall at ECC Championships on Oct. 11. 

2020-21 (FRESHMAN)
Season canceled due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

BEFORE DAEMEN
Competed in cross country and track and field for the West Seneca East Trojans ... one of her coaches was Daemen alumnus and former cross country/track athlete Ally Pajak ... All-WNY Scholar-Athlete Senior Award recipient ... four-time team MVP ... New York State Scholar-Athlete Team recipient in cross country, indoor & outdoor track & field ... set school records in the steeplechase relay and 2.5 mile run ... led Trojans cross country team to a second place finish in Section VI Class B2 as a junior ... member of the National Honor Society, French Honors Society and Rho Kappa Honors Society.
