Biography

BEFORE DAEMEN
Attended James Madison University where she was a member from of the women's volleyball team from 2017-21 ... averaged 1.11 kills and 0.53 blocks per set in her four seasons which featured three 20-win campaigns, four trips to the Colonial Athletic Association tournament finals and an NCAA tournament berth ... named to the All-CAA Tournament Team as a senior ... named to the JMU Dean's List and CAA Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll multiple times.

Prepped at St. Mary's of Lancaster of High School where she was a four-year varsity player for the Lancers and coach Don Pieczynski ... led the Lancers to Catholic High School Association Class AA State Championships in 2014 and 2016 ... MVP of 2016 state championship team when she recorded 399 kills, 178 digs, 35 aces and 41 blocks ... also named Msgr. Martin Athletic Association MVP in her senior season ... multiple All-Catholic and All-WNY honors ... National Honor Society member ... awarded the "Triple C" Award from the N.Y. State Attorney General ... also competed for the Niagara Frontier Volleyball Club, winning the GJNC 15 National Division Championship.

Born Caitlyn Meyer on December 10, 1998 in Williamsville, N.Y. ... daughter of Michael & Tracy Meyer ... has two older sisters, Kristin Bragg & Leah Meyer ... her sister Leah played college volleyball at both Duke University & the University of Kentucky, and currently plays professionally overseas ... hobbies include watching Netflix, playing card games, playing with her dogs, reading Harry Potter books, hanging out with friends and going camping ... her bucket list includes traveling to Hawaii and Australia ... favorite television show is Jane the Virgin ... favorite movie is Pink Panther ... favorite musical artist is James Arthur ... favorite holiday is Christmas ... favorite vacation spot is wherever her camper is parked ... dream job is doing statistics or data analysis for a pro sports team ... pursuing a Masters of Business Administration degree.
