Dunja Masic joined the Daemen women’s volleyball staff in 2024, returning to the program after a four-year career with the Wildcats. A former NCAA Division II student-athlete, Dunja was a member of Daemen’s Elite Eight team in 2021 and helped lead the program to a regional championship that same season. She was also part of three ECC Tournament Championship teams during her time with the Wildcats.
In addition to her collegiate experience, Dunja has spent the past three years coaching with The Championship Program, where she currently serves as a head coach for the 12U volleyball program. Her work at the club level has focused on athlete development, fundamentals, and fostering competitive team culture.
At Daemen, Dunja will primarily work with setters and assist in developing the team’s offensive system. She will also oversee team logistics, and support various operational responsibilities for the Wildcats.
