AMHERST, N.Y. - The Daemen College women's basketball team will head to the Keystone State this weekend where the Wildcats will tipoff against two very familiar opponents. Daemen will take on Point Park University Friday (Feb. 1) at 7 p.m. and square off against Carlow University Saturday (Feb. 2) at 2 p.m.
Daemen, Point Park and Carlow were all long-time members of the NAIA American Mideast Conference. The AMC disbanded after the 2011-12 academic year. Daemen is now a provisional member of the NCAA Division II East Coast Conference (ECC). Point Park and Carlow remained in the NAIA and found homes in the Kentucky Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (KIAC). Daemen and Carlow are also members of the United States Collegiate Athletic Conference (USCAA).
The Wildcats will complete the weekend road trip with a game on Sunday (Feb. 3) at Niagara College in Welland, Ontario. The Knights compete in the Ontario Colleges Athletic Association (OCAA). Game time is noon.

The Wildcats have won nine of their last 11 games and are coming off a 74-55 win over NCAA Division II independent Salem International University this past Saturday.
