With the win, the Wildcats improve to 2-5 on the season. They've won two of their last three matches after opening the spring season with a 7-2 defeat of Medaille College last weekend. Alfred, which competes in NCAA Division III and the Empire 8 Conference, dropped to 2-1. Daemen has now won 14 of their last 15 matches against Division III opponents.
