Upcoming Women's Soccer I.D. Clinics Announced 2/25/2020 11:30:00 AM Share: AMHERST, N.Y. - Daemen College head women's soccer coach Dan Dolan will conduct two individual development clinics for aspiring players in coming months. Both clinics are aimed to give girls in grades 9-12 an opportunity to display their talent while receiving instruction from Western New York's Division II coaching staff. Participants will be put through training sessions that the coaching staff uses with the student-athletes at Daemen, and the camp is an excellent opportunity to be evaluated by the Daemen coaching staff. The Wildcats Spring ID Camp will take place Sunday, May 3, and the Wildcats Summer ID Camp comes up on Saturday, August 8. Both camps will be conducted at the Wildcats' home venue, Karrer Field on the campus of The Park School of Buffalo. The cost of each camp is $75 per participant. Online registration is also available. Participants in the ID Camp can expect intense individual technical training, advanced tactical training, fitness, speed and agility training, and a better understanding of the Daemen women's soccer program. Dolan is the all-time winningest coach in team history, having guided the Wildcats to 99 wins in his 11-year tenure. This past season, he led Daemen to an 11-4-3 record and the program's first NCAA Division II tournament appearance. For more information, Dolan can be reached at (716) 566-7859 or via email. As always, information on all Daemen College sports camps and clinics can be found on the sports camps and clinics webpage. All Daemen College sports camps and clinics are open to any and all entrants. Each camp may limit registration only by number, age, grade level and/or gender. Further, NCAA rules prohibit representatives of Daemen's athletics interests (a booster) who is not naturally or legally responsible for a prospective student-athlete (grades 9-12) from providing any expenses to attend a camp or clinic. Violations of this could result in loss of NCAA eligibility for the prospective student-athlete. If you have questions regarding this or any other NCAA rule, please contact the Daemen Office of Compliance at (716) 839-8587. Daemen College features the only NCAA Division II athletics program in the Buffalo-Niagara region, sponsoring 17 intercollegiate teams.
