Update To Men's Volleyball Schedule Upcoming match vs. Nazareth switching dates and locations 3/13/2021 12:50:00 PM AMHERST, N.Y. - The Daemen College men's volleyball team will have a change in their upcoming schedule, head coach Don Gleason announced today. Instead of hosting Nazareth at Lumsden Gymnasium on Friday, March 19, the Wildcats will visit the Golden Flyers for a 1 p.m. match Saturday, March 20. In addition, a later scheduled road match at Nazareth (April 9) has been removed from Daemen's schedule. The changes were needed following adjustments to Nazareth's United Volleyball Conference schedule. Daemen, an independent NCAA Division II team, is off to the first 4-0 start in the brief three-year history of the program. The Wildcats return to action tomorrow (March 14) with doubleheader action at Elmira beginning at 1 p.m. With the Nazareth match switching locations next weekend, the Wildcats next play on the Lumsden Gymnasium hardwood Monday, March 22 when they host D'Youville. Daemen College features the premier NCAA Division II athletics program in the Buffalo-Niagara region, sponsoring 17 intercollegiate teams.
