Women's Tennis Falls To Le Moyne

WILLIAMSVILLE, N.Y. - The Daemen women's tennis team saw its overall record even up at 2-2 following a 7-0 non-conference loss to the streaking Le Moyne Dolphins at the Williamsville South High School courts this afternoon.

It marked the first dual match since September 14 for the Wildcats, but Le Moyne swept all three doubles matches and all six singles matches to stay unbeaten this season (6-0) and in the all-time series with Daemen (7-0). The Dolphins have won nine of their last 11 contests dating back to last season, and are now a perfect 17-0 in doubles play and 33-2 in singles play this season.

UP NEXT
Daemen sets its sights on a weekend road trip to Long Island. The Wildcats will play two matches this Sunday, October 3, facing Molloy in their East Coast Conference opener at 10 a.m., followed by a non-conference, neutral site match vs. Post at 3 p.m.
