Rickard Scores Twice in Victory at D'Youville

BUFFALO, N.Y. — Marisa Rickard scored two goals to lead Daemen (3-10-3, 1-3-2 ECC) past rival D'Youville (5-7-2, 3-3 ECC) in a non-conference match and the Wildcats' regular-season finale on Wednesday evening. Taylor Fiegel (Lockport, N.Y.) and Bridey McKenzie (Amherst, N.Y.) also scored for Daemen. Goalie Rylee Kumer (Ambridge, Pa.) made 11 saves to earn the victory.

"Always a good game against D'Youville; they continue to get better each year. It's been a long season for us this year, but it was nice to see us be resilient today," said head coach Dan Dolan. "Happy to see Marisa back in form after being injured for a whole year. She definitely makes a difference in our lineup, and it showed today. Very proud of the girls."
