Biography

AS A SENIOR (2019-20): Appeared in 16 of the team's 17 games and made 15 starts ... played 90 or more minutes in nine games, including the final six games of the season ... scored his first goal of the season on Oct. 29 vs. Bloomsburg.

AS A JUNIOR (2018-19): Appeared in 12 games and made six starts ... scored his first goal of the season during a 4-0 win over Saint Thomas Aquinas on Oct. 27. 

AS A SOPHOMORE (2017-18): Appeared in all 18 games and made two starts ... finished the season with six points on two goals and two assists ... made his collegiate debut on Aug. 31 vs. Le Moyne ... made his first collegiate start Sept. 2 at Assumption ... recorded his first career assist during a 2-1 win over Walsh on Sept. 9 ... scored his first career goal in a 6-1 rout of Pitt-Johnstown on Oct. 10 ... also scored during a 3-2 overtime win at Queens on Oct. 18. 

AT HILLPARK SECONDARY SCHOOL: Graduated in 2014 after playing for coaches George Cowan and Derek Byrne ... two-time Player of the Year, becoming the first player in the history of the award two win it in back-to-back seasons ... also played club soccer for Giffnock, helping that eam to the finals of the U-17 Scottish Cup ... went on to graduate from Glasgow College with a degree in Sports Therapy. 

PERSONAL: Born Craig William Buchanan on August 22, 1996 in Glasgow, Scotland ... son of Scott Buchanan and Linda O'Halloran ... has one sister, Caragh Buchanan ... chose to attend Daemen because the vision put forward by the coaching staff was impossible to turn down; the staff is determined to succeed and win ... majoring in Athletic Training.
