BEFORE DAEMEN
Competed in both cross country and track and field for the City Honors Centaurs and coaches Frank DiLeo and Mike Lewis ... earned second-place finishes at the All-High championship meet in both the 4x800 meter relay and 800 meters in 2017 ... helped the Centaurs to a third-place finish at the McQuaid Invitational ... also competed in varsity basketball and the varsity rugby club ... recipient of the Smith College Book Award for outstanding academic achievement and leadership ... recipient of the Black Achiever's Award for the variety and quality of achievements as an African-American student in the community ... served as a City Honors Student Ambassador.
