2021-22 (SENIOR)
Competed in all seven of the team's meets... placed seventh overall with time of 16:31.4, helped team win the Frank Dillon Memorial Tournament on Sept. 4... was the team's first meet in 665 days... placed fourth overall with time of 20:15.0 in the Daemen Duels 5K on Sept. 11... placed 22nd overall with 5K time of 20:09.3 at the Canisius Alumni Classic on Oct. 16... placed 11th overall with season-best 5K time of 19:15.8, helped team place second overall at ECC Championships on Oct. 23... posted a season-best 6K time of 23:32.6, helped team place sixth out of 18 teams at NCAA East Regional Championships on Nov. 6. 

2019-20 (SOPHOMORE)
Competed in five of Daemen's six races and placed among their top-five finishers in every competition she entered... posted a season-best 5K time of 20:22.2 on Oct. 19 at the Canisius Alumni Classic... placed 17th at the ECC Championships on Oct. 26 with a time of 21:13.65... posted a season-best 6K time of 25:26.7 at the East Region Championships on Nov. 9... also competed in indoor and outdoor track and field.

2018-19 (FRESHMAN)
Competed in and placed among Daemen's top-five finishers in all seven races ... made her collegiate debut on Sept. 1 at the Daniel Walker Invitational, placing fifth with a time of 22:08 ... was Daemen's top finisher at the Highlander Invitational on Oct. 6, placing 28th with a time of 27:00.4 ... posted a season-best 5K time of 20:38.2 on Oct. 13 at the Canisius Alumni Classic ... placed 19th at the ECC Championships on Nov. 3 with a time of 20:43.1 ... posted a season-best 6K time of 25:19.90 at the East Region Championships on Nov. 17 ... also competed in indoor and outdoor track and field. 

BEFORE DAEMEN
Earned four varsity letters for track and field and two for cross country while competing for the Alden Bulldogs and coach Ed Carll ... led the Bulldogs to four consecutive ECIC Division IV championships in track and field ... team MVP and Outstanding Runner Award recipient ... also lettered in soccer and rifle ... scholar athlete and honor roll student.

Born Sarah Anne Golas on April 28, 2000 in Buffalo, N.Y. ... daughter of Darren & Kerry Golas ... has three brothers - Luke, Owen and Noah Golas ... hobbies include spending time outdoors, fishing, walking the dog, painting and drawing, running and competing in races ... chose to attend Daemen because it has a good art education program and the campus is nice, small and close to home ... majoring in Art Education.
