2022-23 (SOPHOMORE)
First team All-ECC ... All-Region honors from the U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association for the second straight year ... five-time ECC Runner of the Week ... posted a program-record four consecutive first-place finishes ... won races in four different distances (4K, 5K, 6K, 8K) ... was Daemen's top runner in five meets and the second-place runner in three meets ... helped Daemen to a program-record four first-place team finishes and a trip to the NCAA Division II National Championship for the first time ... competed in all eight of the team's meets this season ... paced the field of 66 with a 4K time of 15:32.2 at the Frank Dillon Memorial Invitational ... posted a first-place finish and personal-record 5K time of 18:40.8 (ranks 10th all-time in the Daemen 5K record books) at the Daemen Alumni Invitational ... won her first career 8K race at the Equality Invitational with a time of 31:09.8 ... paced the field of 95 with a 6K time of 22:57.5 at the Highlander Invitational to win her fourth consecutive race ... was the only Daemen runner to finish in the top-10 at the Canisius Alumni Classic where she finished 7th out of 157 with a time of 18:43.2 ... earned her highest finish at the ECC Championships and earned First Team All-ECC honors as she placed second overall with a time of 18:44.9 ... posted a sixth-place 6K finish with a time of 22:35.8 at the NCAA Division II East Regionals and helped Daemen to a third-place team finish to qualify for Nationals ... finished 203rd with a 6K time of 23:19.0 at the NCAA Division II National Championships in her first career appearance. 

2021-22 (FRESHMAN)
First team All-ECC...two time ECC Rookie of the Week...earned All-Region honors from the U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association...became just the third freshman in program history to earn first-team All-ECC honors...competed in all seven of the team's meets... made Daemen debut and placed first overall out of 57 runners with time of 15:16.3 at the 4K Frank Dillon Memorial Tournament...followed up by placing second overall at the 5K Daemen Duels with time of 18:56.0... placed 12th overall with time of 18:57.3 at Harry F. Anderson Invitational... placed fifth overall with time of 19:37.0 at Canisius Alumni 5K... placed seventh overall with time of 18:54.9 and helped team place second at ECC Championships...placed 17th overall with time of 22:26.4 and helped team finish sixth out of 18 teams at NCAA East Regional Championships.

BEFORE DAEMEN
Competed in cross country and track & field for the Williamsville North High Spartans and coach Justin Craddock ... three time ECIC all-star … honorable mention All WNY as a junior and second team All WNY as a senior … also lettered in basketball … National Honor Society.
