2022-23 (SENIOR)
Team Captain ... D2CCA All-East Region Second Team ... Second Team All-ECC ... CSC Academic All-American ... CSC Academic All-District ... 2x ECC Offensive Player of the Week ... first ever men's soccer player to earn All-Region ... first men's soccer player to earn Academic All-American in the NCAA Division II era (2015-present) ... just the fourth men's soccer player to be named All-ECC since Daemen joined the league in 2013 … one of three players to start in all 17 games for the Wildcats … played 90 minutes in all but 5 games … led the Wildcats with 10 goals, assists (4) and points (24) on the season … recorded the most goals and points in Daemen's Div. II era ... tallied 15 total shots on goal …  helped Daemen’s defense record an NCAA-era record fewest goals allowed (26) in a season while holding 12 of their 17 opponents to one goal or less … was a part of a Daemen team that tied the program record for most wins (7) in a season and posted a program high 5th place finish in ECC play ... in his four year career, Bartlo played in all 55 games over the past four years (51 starts) and totaled 14 career goals and 34 career points.

2021-22 (JUNIOR)
Appeared in all 16 games (12 starts) for the Wildcats... finished tied for fourth in goals (2), assists (1) and total points (5)... scored one goal each in victories against Malone on Sept. 4 and Chestnut Hill on Oct. 13... goal against Malone was his first since on the road at St. Thomas Aquinas on Nov. 9, 2019 (665 total days)... recorded four total shots on goal this season... one of 14 different players to record at least one point during season.

2020-21 (SOPHOMORE)
Appeared and started in all 5 of the teams games during his sophomore season ... Derek finished 6th on the team in points (1) and tied for third on the team in assists (1) ... Derek registered his assist during a 2-0 win vs. Medaille on April 15th. 


2019-20 (FRESHMAN)
Named the team's Most Valuable Player ... was the only player to appear in and start all 17 games ... finished second on the team in goals (2) and points (4) ... played at least 85 minutes in eight games, including five times in the first seven games of the season ... made his collegiate debut Sept. 5 vs. Malone ... recorded the first goal of his career during a 4-2 loss to Bloomsburg on Oct. 29 ... also scored in the season finale Nov. 9 at St. Thomas Aquinas.

BEFORE DAEMEN 
Played for Canisius High School and coach Christopher Stuff ... two-time first-team All-Catholic selection in the Msgr. Martin Athletic Association (MMAA) ... named MMAA Offensive Player of the Year as a junior ... served as team captain and was a first-team All-WNY selection as a senior ... also competed in club soccer for Amherst Crew, leading the team in goals in five of his seven years.

Born Derek Joseph Bartlo on June 26, 2001 in Houston, Texas ... son of Noel and Carol Bartlo ... has three siblings - Alexis, Conor and Brooke Bartlo ... enjoys hanging out with friends and playing soccer ... chose to attend Daemen because "it felt like the best place to continue my academic and athletic career..." earned his undergaduate degree in business administration.
