2022-23 (REDSHIRT SENIOR)
Second team All-ECC ... competed in all eight of the team's meets ... posted three top-10 finishes on the season ... was one of Daemen's top seven runners in all eight meets on the season ... helped Daemen to a program-record four straight first place team finishes and Daemen's first trip to Nationals ... posted a personal-best 4K time of 16:26.7 with a 10th place finish out of 66 runners at the Frank Dillon Memorial Invitational ... placed 9th overall and sixth on the team at the Daemen Alumni Invitational with a time of 20:01.6 ... finished 13th in her first career 8K with a time of 23:27.2 at the Equality Invitational ... posted a personal-record 6K time of 24:12.4 and finished 12th out of 95 at the Highlander Invitational ... finished 57th overall and sixth on the team with a 5K time of 20:02.8 at the Canisius Alumni Classic ... earned a PR 5K time of 19:46.3 at the ECC Championships with a 10th place overall finish and fourth place finish on the team to earn Second Team All-ECC honors ... finished 60th at the NCAA Division II East Regionals with a time of 24:29.2 and helped Daemen to a program-best third-place team finish and the program's first trip to Nationals ... set a 6K personal-record time of 24:10.1 as she finished 236th at the NCAA Division II National Championships.

Competed in all seven of the team's races... made Daemen debut, finished 18th overall with time of 17:15.3, helped team win the Frank Dillon Memorial Tournament on Sept. 4... was the team's first meet in 665 days... placed seventh overall with time of 21:10.6 in Daemen Duels 5K on Sept. 11... finished 22nd overall with season-best 5K time of 20:22.5, helped team place second overall at ECC Championships on Oct. 23... later finished with season-best 6K time of 24:54.3, helped team place sixth out of 18 teams at NCAA East Regional Championships on Nov. 6. 

BEFORE DAEMEN
Competed in track and field at the University of Buffalo for two years... previously competed in cross country, track & field, soccer, basketball and tennis for the JFK Bears ... three-time MVP of the track and field team ... received multiple awards across all sports, including the ACE Award in soccer, cross country and tennis ... member of the National Honor Society ... scholar athlete ... chemistry olympiad participant ... served as class president for three years.
