CAREER STATS

2013-14
• Served as a co-captain during Daemen's 21-7 season that saw the Wildcats capture the East Coast Conference regular-season championship with a 17-3 mark in conference play
• Appeared in 24 games and made 23 starts while averaging 5.0 points, 6.4 assists and a career-best 3.7 rebounds per game
• Was one of two players to average more than 30 minutes per game (31.0)
• Totaled 154 assists to become the first Daemen player with three seasons of at least 150
• Recorded his 500th career assist in Daemen's 79-75 road win at St. Thomas Aquinas on January 4
• Stuffed the stat sheet with a season-high 15 points, seven rebounds, six assists and a season-high four steals in Daemen's 99-92 road win at Mercy on January 6
• In that win at Mercy, Coppola recorded his 504th career assist to become Daemen's all-time leader, surpassing the previous record of 503 set by Rob Robinson from 1988-92
• Dished out a season-high 10 assists in just 19 minutes of action in Daemen's 97-42 win over District of Columbia on January 12
• Grabbed a career-high 10 rebounds in a 79-72 overtime win at Dowling on January 17
• Hit the 10-assist plateau again in Daemen's 82-68 victory vs. Mercy on January 26
• Had his second double-figure scoring game of the season with 11 points to go along with seven assists in a key 100-92 defeat of Dowling on February 21; recorded his 600th career assist during this game
• Finished his career having led the Wildcats to 35 consecutive home wins, starting at point guard in 33 of those contests
• Finished his career with 546 points, 623 assists, 326 rebounds and 168 steals

2012-13
• Selected as a team captain and led the Wildcats to a team-record 27 wins and a runner-up finish at the USCAA Division I National Championships
• Appeared and started in 32 games, averaging 27.9 minutes per game
• Established new career-highs in nearly every statistical catgeory, including scoring (6.1 points per game), steals (57), assists (203), rebounds (95), three-pointers (26) and field goals (57)
• His 203 assists tied the single season team record set by Derrick Henry in 1988-89
• Scored in double figures six times and had 19 games of at least six assists
• Had four games with 10 or more assists
• Finished fourth amongst USCAA Division I players in assists per game (6.3) and second in assist-turnover ratio (2.7)
• Knocked down multiple three-point shots on five ocassions
• Had three or more steals on eight occasions
• Scored 14 points and hit a critical pull-up jump shot late in the game to help Daemen past rival Roberts Wesleyan 73-67 on December 11

2011-12
• Was the offensive and defensive catalyst for Daemen's first 20-win season since 2008-09
• Appeared in 30 games and made 29 starts at the point guard position and was named Honorable Mention All-American Mideast Conference after finishing 2nd in the conference in assists per game (5.4)
• Led the team with 31.7 minutes per game
• Averaged 5.3 points, 3.0 rebounds and 1.7 steals per game and added the three-point shot to his arsenal, finishing the season at over 37% from deep
• Had four games of double figure scoring and four games of double figure assists
• Had four games with multiple three-pointers
• Had seven games with at least three steals
• Finished second on the team by knocking down 77% of his free throws (54-for-70)
• Recorded the first double-double of his career with 10 points and a career-high 14 assists during Daemen's 91-68 rout of Maine-Machias on November 12
• Had nine points, six assists and tied a career-high with six steals in Daemen's 83-75 win at Maine-Fort Kent on November 13
• Scored a career-high 14 points in a loss at defending NAIA Division II National Champion Cornerstone on November 18
• Had 10 assists in Daemen's 72-65 win over Pitt-Johnstown clinching the championship of the Gary Miller Classic hosted by Gannon University on November 26
• Was named the MVP of the Daemen Holiday Classic after his steal and subsequent game-winning layup with under 30 seconds to go lifted the Wildcats past Western Ontario 54-53 on December 22
• Knocked down a career-high four three-pointers in a loss to Great Falls on December 29 at the Las Vegas Shootout
• Experienced a deep gash above his right eye after diving for a loose ball but returned to the game and led Daemen to an 82-78 come-from-behind victory at Point Park on January 28, holding the nation's leading scorer 12 points below his average on 5-of-19 shooting in the game
• Finished the year ranked 9th nationally in assists per game and 25th nationally in assist/turnover ratio
• His 161 total assists were the fourth highest single season total in team history
• Coach's Award recipient at the Daemen College Athletics Banquet in May

2010-11
• Made his presence felt all over the court and established himself as one of the premier point guards in the American Mideast Conference
• Appeared in 24 games and made eight starts en route to All-AMC Freshman Team honors as voted on by the league's coaches
• Averaged 3.1 points and 2.2 rebounds per game
• Missed a five-game stretch in January due to a broken hand but still managed to lead the team in total assists (105)
• Ranked 5th in the AMC and 29th in NAIA Division II with 4.4 assists per game, also ranked 3rd in the conference and 13th nationally in assist/turnover ratio (2.5)
• Was 5th on the team in minutes per game (23.6) and played 30 minutes or more four times • • Had 12 games of 5+ assists including a season-high seven assists on four separate ocassions
• Had seven assists and a career-high six steals in his collegiate debut, an 88-44 rout of Maine-Fort Kent on November 5
• Scored a season-high eight points on three separate ocassions (@ Embry-Riddle on November 12; vs. Robert Morris on November 20; vs. Northern Michigan on November 26)
• Grabbed a career-high seven rebounds and provided a spark in Daemen's 77-69 road win over defending AMC Champion Notre Dame (OH) on November 30

  Put together one of the greatest scholastic careers in Section VI history as he helped the Billies and coach Al Monaco to three Section VI Class A Finals appearances (2006-07, 2008-09, 2009-10) and one Section VI Class A Championship (2009-10)
 As a sophomore, was a 2nd Team All-ECIC selection and Honorable Mention All-WNY
 As a junior, earned 3rd Team All-WNY, 2nd Team All-ECIC and ECIC II Player of the Year honors
 As a senior, was selected 1st Team All-WNY, 2nd Team All-State Class A and was the ECIC Player of the Year
 Finished his career second all-time in Section VI history in assists (683)
 Played AAU basketball for the Buffalo Storm
