Born Afonso Luciano Silva Abreu on Jan. 4, 2006 in Leiria, Portugal to Filomena and Hélder Abreu... has three siblings, Duarte, Tomás and António... grew up in Leiria, Portugal... earned his associates degree and played two years of junior college soccer at Wenatchee Valley College where he was the WVC Player of the Year (2025, 2026), Offensive Player of the Year (2025, 2026) and Goalscorer of the Year (2025, 2026). Was named to the President's List with a 4.0 GPA four times... majoring in Business Administration... chose Daemen because "I strongly believe in the soccer program and academics. The location is also an advantage."
