Biography

2022-23 (SENIOR)
Team Captain ... CSC Academic All-District … appeared in and started 14 games for the Wildcats … recorded four 90 minute games… recorded one goal versus Slippery Rock on Oct. 22 … tied for fourth on the team in goals (1) … tallied two shots on goal … was a part of a Daemen team that tied the program record for most wins (7) in a season and posted a program high 5th place finish in ECC play. 

2021-22 (JUNIOR)
Appeared in and started in 14 games for the Wildcats... finished tied for fourth in goals scored (2) and total points (5) along with one assist... recorded penalty kick goals in contest versus Mercyhurst (Sept. 22) and Chestnut Hill (Oct. 13)... all five of his career goals thus far scored via penalty kick.. also recorded first career assist in 4-1 win at D'Youville on Sept. 18... played the full 90 minutes of game action five times... one of 14 players to record at least one point during season.

2019-20 (SOPHOMORE)
Appeared in 16 of the team's 17 games and made 14 starts ... led the team in goals (3) and points (6) ... all three of his goals were scored via penalty kick as he recorded a 100% conversion rate ... scored his first career goal in the season opener Sept. 5 vs. Malone ... scored again Sept. 7 vs. Walsh and Oct. 7 at nationally-ranked Gannon ... played 90 or more minutes eight times. 

2018-19 (FRESHMAN)
Appeared in 16 of the team's 17 games and made 15 starts ... made his collegiate debut and first career start in the season opener Aug. 30 at Walsh ... played 90 or more minutes 10 times, including the first four games of the season ... played a season-high 105 minutes in a double overtime defeat at Le Moyne on Sept. 8.

Born Jan Pontus Johan Lundin on January 23, 1999 in Helsingborg, Sweden ... son of Magnus & Susanne Lundin ... has two siblings - Jesper & Linn Lundin ... hobbies include playing basketball and spending time with friends ... chose to attend Daemen because "the school looks really nice and the soccer program seems good..." majoring in Accounting.
