2022-23 (GRADUATE STUDENT)
ECC Runner of the Year ... First team All-ECC ... All-Region honors from the U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association ... finished in the top three in six of the eight meets this season ... was the first Daemen runner to be named ECC Preseason Runner of the Year and the first Daemen runner to win ECC Runner of the Year ... was Daemen's top runner in three meets and second place runner in five meets on the year ... helped lead Daemen to a program-record four consecutive first-place team finishes and the team's first trip to the NCAA Division II National Championships ... competed in all eight of the team's meets ... finished second out of 66 runners with a 4K time of 15:36.4 at the season-opening Frank Dillon Memorial Invitational ... posted a second-place time of 18:58.2 at the Daemen Alumni Invitational ... ran her first collegiate 8K at the Equality Invitational and finished third overall with a time of 32:02.6 ... posted a 6K time of 23:00.3 at the Highlander Invitational to finish second out of 95 runners ... finished 21st out of 157 with a time of 19:06.7 at the Canisius Alumni Classic ... paced the field with a first-place finish at the ECC Championships with a time of 18:42.3 to win ECC Runner of the Year and First Team All-ECC honors ... finished third out of 144 runners, and first on the Daemen team, for a program-tying highest finish at the NCAA Division II East Regionals with a time of 22:24.3 to earn Daemen a third-place team finish to qualify for a trip to Nationals ... was the only Daemen runner to place in the top 200 runners with a time of 22:53.3 to place 173rd out of 263 runners at the NCAA Division II National Championships. 

2021-22 (REDSHIRT SENIOR)
First team All-ECC...two-time ECC Runner of the Week...earned All-Region honors from the U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association...competed in all seven of the team's races...finished in the overall top five in five meets... placed first overall at the Daemen Duels 5K with a time of 18:46.2... placed second overall with a time of 15:25, helped team win the Frank Dillon Memorial Tournament... was the team's first meet in 665 days... placed third overall with a time of 19:01.8 in the Canisius Alumni Classic... placed third overall with a time of 18:18.0 and helped team place second overall at ECC Championships...her time of 18:18.0 at the ECC Championship ranks as the third fastest time in the program’s NCAA Division II history (2015-present) for a 5K race...placed 13th overall a with time of 22:11.5 at the 6K NCAA Division II East Regional...helped team place sixth out of 18 teams at NCAA East Regional. 

2020-21 (REDSHIRT JUNIOR)
Season canceled due to ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

2019-20 (REDSHIRT SOPHOMORE)
Second team All-ECC...competed in and placed as the team's top finisher in all of Daemen's six races... ran a season-best 5K (19:57.4) and placed 24th (out of 221) at the Harry F. Anderson Invitational... ran a season-best 6K time of 24:44.3 and placed 60th (out of 218) at the Rochester Yellow Jacket Invitational... ran a 5K time of 20:43.10 and placed 13th (out of 77) at the ECC Championships... placed 34th (out of 162) at the East Regional Championships with a 6K time of 23:59.2.

2018-19 (REDSHIRT FRESHMAN)
Competed in six of the team's seven races, placing among their top-five finishers in each competition she entered ... made her collegiate debut on Sept. 15 at the Rochester Yellow Jacket Invitational ... was Daemen's number two finisher in both the Harry F. Anderson Invitational and Highlander Invitational ... ran a season-best 5K time of 20:49.6 and placed 20th (out of 78) at the ECC Championships ... ran a season-best 6K time of 25:43.40 and placed 100th (out of 184) at the East Region Championships on Nov. 17.

BEFORE DAEMEN
Attended school at University of Ontario Institute of Technology but did not compete during the 2017-18 academic year. Competed in cross country, track and field, soccer and swimming through her four years for the A.N. Meyer Marauders ... set school records in the 400 meter hurdles and 4x400 meter relay as a senior ... 400 meter hurdles record had stood for 10 years; the 4x400 meter relay record had stood for 20 years ... also qualified for OFSAA with the 4x400 meter relay performance.

PERSONAL
Born Kassandra J. Nolet on February 5, 1999 in Hamilton, Ontario ... daughter of Benoit & Cindy Nolet ... has one sister, Chloe Nolet ... hobbies include running, playing soccer, going to the gym, focusing on her middle training, interval, plyos and speed week, and competing in road races ... chose to attend Daemen because of the access it provides to things deemed necessary for optimal success ... majoring in Psychology with a minor in French.
