Allie Tompkins enters her third season as an assistant on the Daemen women's soccer coaching staff in 2020, working primarily with the team's goalkeepers. In her first two seasons with the program, Tompkins has helped Daemen to a 19-12-4 overall record and berths in the East Coast Conference and NCAA tournaments. With her assistance, the Wildcats set a new program record by allowing just 13 goals during the 2019 regular season.

Tompkins brings a great understanding of NCAA Division II and the ECC to her post with Daemen. She spent her undergraduate years playing for ECC affiliate C.W. Post (later renamed LIU Post), helping the Pioneers to two NCAA tournament appearances. She was a three-time All-ECC selection and earned the league's Goalkeeper of the Year award in 2008 and 2010.

Following graduation, Tompkins would go on to play professionally, first for the Rochester Ravens and later for the Long Island Rough Riders. Both teams compete in the Women's United Soccer League.

At the completion of her playing career, Tompkins re-joined the LIU Post women's soccer program as an assistant coach from 2012-14. In that time, the Pioneers made two trips back to the NCAA tournament.

Tompkins returned to her native Western New York in 2017 and has spent time with the Empire United Soccer Academy as well as coaching the girls' junior varsity team at Sweet Home High School.

Tompkins holds a bachelor's degree in adolscent education from C.W. Post and a master's degree in elementary/special education from Touro College.
