Choose a Staff Member: Go Lauren Cooper Title Assistant Coach Email lcooper1@daemen.edu Former Daemen College volleyball player, Lauren Cooper begins her second year as an Assistant Women's Volleyball Coach here at her alma mater. In this role, Cooper is involed in all aspects of the program, including on-floor coaching, scouting of opponents and recruiting. She is the daughter of head coach Mark Parisi. A 2009 Daemen graduate, Cooper earned a Bachelor of Natural Science Degree and, in 2011, added a Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree from the College. She transferred to Daemen for her junior year and started as an outside hitter for the volleyball team for two seasons. Prior to coming to Daemen, Cooper played Division I volleyball at Saint Francis University in Pennsylvania as the team’s starting libero. Cooper has assisted with various volleyball camps and club teams in the area over the last six years and she looks forward to this permanent position as assistant coach. She brings a passionate and knowledgeable approach to the Daemen coaching staff.In the professional world, Cooper works as a pediatric physical therapist in the Niagara-Wheatfield School District and treats children who are developmentally delayed to improve their gross motor skills and safety within the school setting.A native of Williamsville, N.Y., Cooper is a 2005 graduate of Williamsville North High School, where she lettered in volleyball and softball.
