FLUSHING, N.Y. - Queens College got goals from three different players en route to a 3-0 victory over Daemen College here today in East Coast Conference men's soccer action. Queens improved to 4-4-1 overall and 1-2-0 in the ECC, while Daemen dropped to 0-11-0 overall and 0-4-0 in the league.
HIGHLIGHTS
- Queens took control early with two goals in the first 10 minutes.
- Senior Kevin Quituizaca netted an unassisted goal at 4:55, and five minutes later classmate Christian Villalta scored off a pass from fellow senior Emgi Gousse.
- The Knights took a 3-0 lead just 3:23 into the second half when senior Romario Hulea converted a penalty kick.
- Queens finished with a 10-0 edge in shots on goal.
- Sophomore Jarrett Lecceadone (Randolph, N.Y.) went the distance in goal for the Wildcats and made five saves.

GAME NOTES
- Queens has now prevailed in six of the seven all-time meetings between the the two schools.
- Tonight's game marked the second of five-straight road games for the Wildcats.
- Daemen returns to action Monday (Oct. 14) with an ECC game at Molloy College.
