TONAWANDA, N.Y. - The Daemen College women's bowling swept a trio of head-to-head dual matches vs. Penn State Behrend at Classic Lanes this afternoon. The Wildcats opened the day with back-to-back wins in traditional matches (845-724, 838-682), then closed the action with a 4-1 victory in a best-of-seven Baker format match.

Today's results move Daemen's record to 16-19 this season. Penn State Behrend, a member of NCAA Division III and the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference, dropped to 4-44.

Junior Katie Good (Hamburg, N.Y.) led the way with a 189.0 scoring average in the two traditional matches. She rolled a team-best 209 in the opening match of the day. The Wildcats also got solid outings from Katlyn Newberry (Rochester, N.Y.) and Adrianna Pencek (Dunkirk, N.Y.) who averaged 173.0 and 172.5, respectively. Pencek's 192 in the second traditional match was good for the team high.

In the best-of-seven Baker match, PSB struck first, winning the opening frame 147-140. But, Daemen regrouped to take the next four: 224-148, 181-150, 184-146, 183-167.
