The Oilers, who were coming off a win over No. 7 Ohio Valley University, netted four first-half goals and never looked back. HIGHLIGHTS Jack Atkinson put the hosts on the board just 6:05 into the contest. Findlay added first-half goals from David Hug (33:23), Kegan Winkler (36:59) and Josh Dickinson (41:45) to take control. Taylor Miles added an unassisted tally at the 80:48 mark to provide the final margin. Findlay outshot Daemen 29-9. Sophomore goalkeeper Eithan Hahn (Lancaster, N.Y.) made his second start for the Wildcats, and equaled his season and career-high with eight saves. Derek Mancuso (Friendship, N.Y.) registered three shots and two shots on goal for the Wildcats. HEAD COACH BEDIAKO SWAN POST-GAME COMMENTS "I thought we let the game get away from us a little bit in the first half. We were better in the second, better defensively and created some opportunities on the offensive side." UP NEXT Daemen returns to home to host regional rival Le Moyne at Karrer Field on Tuesday, Sept. 17. Daemen College features the only NCAA Division II athletics program in the Buffalo-Niagara region, sponsoring 17 intercollegiate teams.
