Registration Open For Winter Break Basketball Camp

AMHERST, N.Y. - Daemen College head men's basketball coach Mike MacDonald and the MacDonald Basketball Academic will once again conduct the Daemen College Winter Break Basketball Camp in mid-February.

The Winter Break Basketball Camp is open for boys in pre-kindergarten through eighth grade, and will run daily from Monday, February 17 through Thursday, February 20 at Lumsden Gymnasium on the Daemen campus. The camp begins each day at 9 a.m. with dismissal at 2 p.m.

Each participant will receive a Daemen Basketball t-shirt and other gifts, as well as instruction on the fundamentals of basketball. Cost of the camp is $175. To register, simply complete the registration form and return it by mail to: MacDonald Basketball Academy, P.O. Box 1112, Amherst, NY, 14226.

All Daemen College sports camps and clinics are open to any and all entrants. Each camp may limit registration only by number, age, grade level and/or gender. Further, NCAA rules prohibit representatives of Daemen's athletics interests (a booster) who is not naturally or legally responsible for a prospective student-athlete (grades 9-12) from providing any expenses to attend a camp or clinic. Violations of this could result in loss of NCAA eligibility for the prospective student-athlete.
