AMHERST, N.Y. - Today's men's basketball game between Daemen and Roberts Wesleyan has been postponed due to poor travel conditions along Interstate-90. The Wildcats and Redhawks were scheduled to resume their rivalry in a 1 p.m. tip-off at the Voller Athletic Center in Rochester.
The two schools will work towards a mutually agreeable reschedule date for this game which is to be played as part of both teams' East Coast Conference schedule. This is the fourth postponement for Daemen this season. The Wildcats had a road game against Mercyhurst and a home-and-home series with D'Youville postponed last month due to a pause in team activities related to COVID-19. The two games vs. D'Youville have since been rescheduled.
Daemen and Roberts Wesleyan will meet Monday, Feb. 8 for a 7 p.m. tip-off in Rochester as scheduled.
