Scalisi's First Half Goal Lifts Daemen To 1-0 Win at STAC

SPARKILL, N.Y. – An unassisted goal by senior Tatyjana Scalisi (Williamsville, N.Y.) with just over 11 minutes left in the first half lifted the Daemen University women's soccer team to a 1-0 victory over St. Thomas Aquinas College this afternoon at Spartan Soccer Field on the STAC campus. Daemen improved to 1-8-1 overall and 1-2-0 in the East Coast Conference, while the host Spartans fell to 2-7-1 overall and 1-3-0 in the league.
