Despite the Wildcats' efforts, including six total shots with two on goal, they were unable to find the back of the net. The Lions secured the victory with three goals, including a hat trick from Danu Kinsella Bishop. HIGHLIGHTS Danu Kinsella Bishop scored his first for the Lions in the 24th minute, with Wilmer Flores providing the assist, making it 1-0. Molloy extended its lead to 2-0 in the 27th minute with another goal from Kinsella Bishop. Kinsella Bishop then completed his hat trick in the 46th minute, bringing the score to 3-0. At the start of the first half, Daemen set the initial pace, though the Wildcats were caught offside early. Daemen had one corner in the first half during the 20th minute, but it could not convert. The Wildcats could not get much else going offensively in the first, trailing 2-0 at the break. Dylan Delaney (Lockport, N.Y.) made a big save against a shot from Eduardo da Rosa Sostisso in the 57th minute. In the 63rd minute, Rayane Baitiche (Thionville, France) broke free and took a shot that went in, but it was called back for offside. He also fired a shot that he put wide left during the second half. Marco Panunto (Niagara Falls, Ontario) had a chance in the 76th minute, ripping a low shot that was saved. Just moments later, Cohen Vogel (North Tonawanda, N.Y.) took a shot that was blocked. Daemen had back-to-back corners in the 78th and 79th minutes, but it could not find the back of the net. GAME NOTES Delaney recorded one save during his 90 minutes of play, facing nine shots and allowing three goals. Salome made an impact by registering one shot that was on target. Panunto contributed with one shot and managed to put it on frame. Baitiche led the team with two shots, though none were on target.
