HIGHLIGHTS Queens took an early lead with a goal by Bradyn Brown in the ninth minute, assisted by Cillian Heaney and Miguel Soto Gonzalez. Garcia leveled the match for Daemen with his first career goal in the 65th minute, assisted by Jonathan Lopez-Leblanc (Centennial, Colo.), making it 1-1. Queens swiftly regained the lead with goals in quick succession from Andrew Johnson in the 68th minute and Brown in the 69th minute, bringing the score to 3-1. Later in the match, Tommy Gunn extended Queens' advantage in the 83rd minute, assisted by David Oprea, making it 4-1. Dylan Delaney (Lockport, N.Y.) got tested with a shot in the 14th minute that he saved. The Knights maintained offensive pressure, registering multiple shots, including a saved attempt by Jason Udo in the 34th minute. Selim Ozleplebici (Thousand Oaks, Calif.) managed a shot from the top of the box in the 42nd minute, missing over the top. The Knights led 1-0 at the end of the first half. Larry Noel (Nassau, Bahamas) had two chances in the second half, firing shots in the 54th and 57th minutes that were saved. GAME NOTES Garcia became the sixth Wildcat to score his first career goal this season. He converted his only shot on target in the match. Lopez-Leblanc logged his second assist of the season. Delaney posted nine saves across 90 minutes in goal, facing 20 shots. Noel's two shots led the team in the category.
