NEW CASTLE, Del. — The Daemen women's bowling team continued the Northeast Classic with the second day of action on Saturday. 

The Wildcats opened the day falling 953-936 to William Smith in a closely contested match. Daemen then dropped another close one to Maryland Eastern Shore by a 871-822 margin. 

The following match saw the Wildcats lose 1052-856 to North Carolina A&T. Daemen then dropped a 875-779 decision to Morgan State before ending the day with an 882-826 loss to UAB.

Leading the way individually for the Wildcats was Mackenzie Hutchins (Wheatfield, N.Y.), who posted a 181 average, and Cassidy Papero (Cheektowaga, N.Y.), who logged a 178 average.
